CPT FIT was born from my passion for fitness and a deep commitment to helping others unlock their full physical potential. With nationally recognised qualifications (Certificate III & IV in Fitness), I guide clients to train smarter, move better, and achieve lasting results safely.
My journey began on the racetrack as an open-wheel motorsport competitor across Australia and overseas—where physical and mental conditioning determine performance. Fitness is the foundation, no matter what you’re chasing.
Over the past three years I’ve helped clients hit hard goals—from fat loss and strength gains to mobility and confidence. Coaching is tailored, practical, and results-driven.
I’ve trained with the CAMS Elite Driver Academy, Ben Cook’s Fitness 2 Podium program, and completed certifications through Fit College. Now I’m here to share that experience with you.

Memberships automatically roll over monthly unless cancelled. Any unused sessions carry into the next month so you never lose progress.
Choose from personalised workout plans, virtual training sessions, and nutrition guidance. Remote clients receive the same expert support as in-person members.
Sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance with no charge. Late cancellations within 24 hours incur the session cost.
